Turn OFF power amplifier and music.
Turn OFF patio heater.
Turn OFF bar lights.
Turn OFF dishwasher.
Turn OFF fans.
Turn OFF fireplace.
Rinse mats, let them dry, then put in kitchen.
Put trash cans back behind the bar. Ensure they are empty before we close.
Check all batched cocktails, batch if needed.
Count cash drawer, immediately notify management through the WhenIWork
App if we need change.
Check beer keg levels, and take note of those that are low. Include in bar notes.
Check shrub and syrup levels, immediately notify management through the
WhenIWork App if we need more.
Put away all juices, syrups.
Check big cubes, move trays from big freezer and empty them into mini fridge, then fill trays with water and put back into big freezer.
Empty your well(s). Burn ice and pull out all bottles and wipe underneath.
Run black juice bottle holder through dishwasher.
Wash white netting and wipe underneath.
Wipe entire beer fridge.
Put away fruit basket in kitchen walk-in.
Wash all bar tools.
Pull beer screen and wash.
Remove all empty liquor/wine bottles and make sure they are in the bar notes.
Wipe down dishwasher, front and sides.
Make sure the garage door is locked and secured.
Restock well liquors/batches.
Stock soda if necessary.
Check dish machine chemical levels, immediately notify management through
the WhenIWork App if we need more.
Stock all garnishes, wood chips, bamboo picks.
Stock share plates and rollups for bar. Have a stack of at least 10 on the glass round table.
Turn OFF TVs.
Turn OFF open sign.
Ensure TVs are wiped down. Use very lightly damp microfiber cloth only.
Clean the whole bar, wipe down all surfaces.
Ensure all glassware behind the bar is clean and serve ready.
Polish all wine glasses.
Restock anything that you use the last of.
Defrost freezer if necessary.
Place all caps on bottles.
Put blue caps on all beer taps.
Put caps on all bitters.
Dump and clean orange dump buckets.
Clean floor drains.
Communicate with PM team of any 86'd items, as well as notify management
through the WhenIWork app.
Count drawer before you leave and confirm/update amount with drawer log. If short or over, notify management through the WhenIWork app.
Sign break waiver form.
Empty red sanitizer bucket and put away.
Keep detailed, full, list of bar notes of what we pulled and kicked, and submit in the WhenIWork app before you clock out.
Send this checklist completely checked off and signed to Zach through the
NOTIFY MANAGEMENT IF WE ARE LOW ON ANYTHING THROUGH THE
Don't take bar keys home, put them back!
